CAD/CAM Development Facilities

Using the latest computer aided design (CAD) and computer aided manufacturing (CAM) packages enables ASM Tech to provide a high quality, accurate and fast service from start to finish.

By utilising high speed tool paths we reduce production times and minimise material usage.

Our CAD facilities include AutoCAD and SolidWorks. We can work with a wide range of file formats including DXF, STL and IGES.

CNC Machining

CNC machining involves removing material from a solid block with a cutting tool until the desired part/shape is produced.

At ASM Tech, our suite of router/milling machines rapidly and efficiently precision cut a variety of materials, such as wood, plastic, model board and some metals into a finished part.

Our facilities are geared to producing parts at low cost and short lead times, making them ideal for one off prototypes and small batch sizes, as well as multiple units.

3D Printing

With our in-house 3D printing machines, we can rapidly produce prototypes and functional parts, allowing you to visualise and test your designs early in the development process. This hastens the lead time and saves money on the overall cost.
